Director of Esports
The inaugural season for Michigan Tech Esports will begin September 2020. The Director / Head Coach of Esports will assist the Athletic Director with all facets of the start up of the program.  In addition, the Director / Head Coach will plan, organize and administer all facets of the varsity program.  These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  recruitment of student-athletes on a regional, national and international  level; development and implementation of practice sessions and competition schedules; coordinating staff to determine needs for individual and team improvement; actively organize and participate in fundraising activities; provide necessary resources to monitor and promote the academic success of student-athletes; plan, develop and administer budgets, and budget reporting.

2020 NACE Convention

Join us for the third annual NACE National Convention in Kansas City, MO, from July 22 through July 24. This year will feature sessions and workshops suggested by our member institutions for the benefit of new and current esports programs. Members will have the opportunity to discuss new legislation initiatives, network with fellow NACE institutions, and learn more about NACE's plans for the 2020-21 academic year.
