Head Esports Coach
The Head Esports Coach will be responsible for the management, oversight, and development of the Esports program. Responsibilities include the recruitment and retention of student-athletes, budget management, scheduling, fundraising, and the supervision and evaluation of studentathletes and assistant coaching staff. The Head Esports Coach will comply with all Baker University, Heart of America Athletic Conference, and NAIA procedures and policies. The position will perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics. |

Bachelor’s Degree Master’s Degree preferred Esports collegiate coaching experience preferred Working knowledge of the NAIA Good interpersonal skills Knowledge of field maintenance information Ability to use and direct use of large maintenance equipment for field care Ability to work independently Ability to supervise staff and students Competent writing and communication skills Proficient with computers Ability to meet deadlines Confidentiality |
