Saint Francis University invites applications for a 12-month Coordinator II, Esports in the Center for Student Engagement. The Coordinator II will contribute to the implementation of Saint Francis
University’s student life programming philosophy through managing the player and team esports
experience. This position will serve as a general advisor for esports players, teams, and student workers within the Saint Francis University Esports program. They will work directly with players and respective faculty/staff to facilitate and manage the necessary operations of each team and competition. Thecoordinator will contribute with in-game and individual development of players and teams. They willcollaborate with the Director and Assistant Director on efforts to recruit for the Saint Francis University Esports teams.
A bachelor’s degree is required. Preferred degree in computer science, education or student affairs.
Proven success within player/team development, community and student engagement,
advising/counseling and event management is preferred. Experience with collegiate esports industry and program game titles is preferred.
