Director/Head Coach of E-Sports
This position is a full-time, benefited position, and is responsible for planning, organizing, recruiting and supervising a competitive E-Sports program within the spirit, policies, and rules of Coe College and NACE. The head coach is responsible for designing and administering programs, policies, and services that will further the wellness, personal, social, and academic development of Coe students.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan and supervise practices and competitions
  • Identify, evaluate and recruit prospective student-athletes
  • Manage assigned budgets
  • Supervise assistant coach(s) and student staff
  • Secure and maintain equipment, uniforms, etc.
  • Additional responsibilities assigned by the Director of Athletics

Requirements Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree is required for this position
  • Previous playing or coaching E-Sports experience is required
  • Successful completion of a background check in accordance with Coe College policy

  • Exhibit exemplary personal conduct and character traits
  • Serve as a role model for student athletes

2020 NACE Convention

Join us for the third annual NACE National Convention in Kansas City, MO, from July 22 through July 24. This year will feature sessions and workshops suggested by our member institutions for the benefit of new and current esports programs. Members will have the opportunity to discuss new legislation initiatives, network with fellow NACE institutions, and learn more about NACE's plans for the 2020-21 academic year.
